The 2026-27 Premier League season begins in England. However, opening weekend will extend across North America. In fact, from Aug. 21 through Aug. 24, organizers will stage a watch party or activation for each of the league’s 20 clubs in the United States or Canada.
At the same time, the timing puts the return of weekly club soccer just over a month after the World Cup final. In addition, the 20 events cover all 10 opening matches, with organizers assigning one gathering to each club.
The program is called Coast to Coast Kick Off. Specifically, it stretches from San Francisco to Boston, with a Canadian stop in Toronto. Meanwhile, New York, Chicago and Atlanta will each host more than one club event. In other words, organizers have assigned a single team to every other listed market.
Organizers plan free events with live match screenings and activation areas. In addition, NBC, Peacock and USA Sports are supporting the program. Moreover, a register-of-interest page is open while organizers complete venue and entry details.
For example, Arsenal will hold its event at McGregor Square in Denver, where organizers will display the 2025-26 Premier League trophy. Meanwhile, Liverpool will gather at Cask ‘N Flagon outside Fenway Park in Boston. However, most other venue addresses and admission instructions remain unpublished.
Where every club will hold its event
First, Friday, Aug. 21, opens the program with Arsenal in Denver, Colorado, and Coventry City in Detroit, Michigan.
Then, Saturday, Aug. 22, carries half of the club schedule. For instance, Brentford will be in Atlanta; Crystal Palace and Manchester United in New York; Everton in Houston; Hull City in Cincinnati; and Leeds United in San Francisco.
On the same day, Nottingham Forest will be in Chicago; Sunderland in Nashville; Tottenham Hotspur in Austin; and Ipswich Town in Toronto. In addition, Ed Sheeran will host a special Ipswich matchday gathering connected to his Loop Tour stop.
Next, Sunday, Aug. 23, brings six more events. For example, AFC Bournemouth will be in Tampa; Aston Villa in Chicago; Brighton and Hove Albion in Kissimmee, Florida; Liverpool in Boston; Manchester City in Washington, D.C.; and Newcastle United in Newark, New Jersey.
Finally, Monday, Aug. 24, closes the rollout with Chelsea in Dallas and Fulham in Atlanta. In particular, Atlanta and Chicago will each hold events on different days. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace and Manchester United will both be in New York on Saturday, and Newcastle’s event follows in nearby Newark on Sunday.
By comparison, the club-by-club setup is more compact than the World Cup 2026 fan festivals. Similarly, both use live broadcasts to create public gathering spaces. In other words, organizers have built each event around one Premier League side and its first match of the season.
Therefore, supporters should confirm the final address, opening time and admission requirements before traveling. Specifically, those details remain incomplete for most of the schedule, although organizers have now set every club’s host location and date.
