NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is StadioUnited. This giveaway is administered by Sponsor.

  1. Promotion Period

The StadioUnited World Cup Tickets Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins when the official giveaway post is published on June 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 14, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer or Instagram’s systems, as applicable, are the official timekeeping devices for this Giveaway.

  1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

  1. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Instagram Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit Instagram, follow @stadiounited, like the official Giveaway post, and leave one comment on the official Giveaway post tagging three friends. To count as an eligible Instagram entry, the comment must include three Instagram account mentions. Entrants should tag only real accounts belonging to people they know and who may be interested in the Giveaway. Do not tag fake accounts, bot accounts, celebrity accounts, brand accounts, giveaway-only accounts, duplicate accounts, or anyone in a misleading, harassing, or spam-like manner. Do not tag anyone in the giveaway image, photo, or other visual content in an inaccurate or misleading way. Only account mentions in the comment are required.

Free Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without using Instagram, send an email to stadiounited@gmail.com with the subject line “StadioUnited World Cup Tickets Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, email address, state of residence, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older. Email entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

Instagram entries and free alternate entries will be treated equally and will have the same odds of winning. Additional comments, additional tags, duplicate entries, automated entries, bot entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted through third-party services are void and will not increase the odds of winning. Only the first eligible entry submitted by a person will count. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the lawful operation of the Giveaway.

  1. Prize

One winner will receive two tickets to a World Cup 2026 Group Stage match in Atlanta, Georgia. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000.

Prize consists only of the two tickets. Travel, lodging, parking, food, beverages, merchandise, transportation to or from the match, insurance, taxes, fees, and all other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

Seat location, ticket category, match date, match time, participating teams, and all other ticket details are subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion. Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, restrictions, security rules, venue rules, FIFA ticketing rules, mobile ticketing requirements, and any applicable event policies. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable ticket and venue requirements, including any identification, transfer, health, safety, security, and entry requirements.

The prize is non-transferable, may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, bartered, auctioned, or redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

  1. Ticket Authorization and Event Terms

Awarding and use of the tickets are subject to Sponsor having the lawful right and any required authorization to award or transfer the tickets as a prize. If applicable ticketing rules, venue rules, FIFA rules, event rules, or other restrictions prevent Sponsor from awarding the tickets or prevent winner or guest from using them, Sponsor may, where permitted by law, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, select an alternate prize, cancel the Giveaway, or modify the Giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for any match cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, team change, seat change, weather condition, security issue, entry denial, ejection, lost ticket access, mobile ticketing issue, travel delay, or other event-related issue outside Sponsor’s control.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about June 15, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message and/or email, depending on the entry method used. The potential winner may be required to respond within 48 hours, verify eligibility, provide requested information, and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax form, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, fails to complete required documents, declines the prize, or cannot accept or use the prize for any reason, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay a fee, provide credit card information, provide bank information, or send payment to claim the prize.

  1. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation if required by law.

  1. Guest Requirements

Winner’s guest may be required to sign and return a liability release and publicity release before receiving or using a ticket. If the guest is a minor, the guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign any required documents and may be required to accompany the minor. Winner and guest are solely responsible for complying with all event, venue, ticketing, travel, identification, and mobile ticketing requirements.

  1. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, city, state, photo, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

  1. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., FIFA, FIFA Ticketing, FIFA World Cup 2026 entities, participating teams, host cities, venues, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, death, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, attendance at the match, or any Giveaway-related activity.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

  1. Instagram, Meta, FIFA, and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., FIFA, FIFA Ticketing, FIFA World Cup 2026, any participating team, any host city, or any venue. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any claim related to this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Meta, FIFA, or any other third party.

  1. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, ticketing restrictions, or any other factor impairs or affects the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, spam-like, or fraudulent manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, or undelivered entries; technical failures; Instagram outages; email delivery issues; direct message restrictions; privacy settings that prevent notification; deleted comments; removed tags; unavailable accounts; or any other error or problem that may limit an entrant’s ability to enter or receive notice.

  1. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, award the prize, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants should not submit sensitive personal information publicly in Instagram comments.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California unless otherwise required by law.

To request the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence, email stadiounited@gmail.com with the subject line “StadioUnited Winner List Request” within 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

  1. Official Rules

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
